Slavica Stricevic | Solicitor

Slavica, the founder and Managing Director of Manor Law, has dedicated her career to the intricate realm of family law since her qualification as a solicitor in 2001. Educated at the University of Westminster in London, she honed her expertise while working in law firms across both London and Hertfordshire. Before establishing Manor Law in 2008, Slavica served as the Head of the Family Law Department at her previous firm in London.

With a wealth of experience encompassing thousands of family law cases, Slavica's clientele spans diverse backgrounds, including notable figures from the Financial and Energy sectors, as well as celebrities. Her approach is rooted in practicality, foresight, and sensibility, aiming always to guide her clients towards resolution at the earliest juncture. Renowned for her warmth, approachability, and genuine care for her clients, Slavica has earned widespread respect from both clients and peers alike. Described as possessing a "phenomenal ability to deal with people," she embodies the ethos of Resolution, a prestigious national family law association promoting constructive dispute resolution.

Helen Chahal | Solicitor

Helen, a seasoned solicitor specialising in Family Law since 2003, brings a wealth of experience and compassion to her practice. Having obtained her solicitor qualification in 2000 and completing her training at a leading Sheffield-based practice, Helen subsequently led the Family Law department at a prominent Hertfordshire firm for over a decade before joining Manor Law in 2021, where she ascended to the role of Director in 2023.

Known for her warmth and empathetic demeanour, Helen swiftly puts her clients at ease, particularly amidst the often stressful landscape of Family Law matters. Her commitment to providing practical and sensible advice, coupled with a dedication to negotiation for amicable settlements, underscores her client-centred approach. Helen's membership of Resolution aligns with Manor Law's ethos of promoting non-confrontational resolutions that prioritise the needs of the entire family, especially children.

Lucy Coverdale | Office Manager

Lucy brings over a decade of experience in the corporate world to her current role as Office Manager. As the company’s first point of contact, Lucy is often the first person clients and colleagues interact with, and her warm, friendly, and professional demeanour ensures that every interaction is a positive experience. Her approachable nature allows her to build lasting relationships and effectively address the needs of both clients and internal teams.
